Conversations for Women in Leadership (University of Stellenbosch Business School)

Conversations for Women in Leadership - Stepping into your own Identity

The programme is aimed at women in leadership who are ready to engage in key leadership conversations and build strong networks.

If it is not leadership skills holding us back, why are so many competent women still struggling to step into their leadership identities? Perhaps it is that we rather need the right interactions, practical experiences and explorations to help us find our way into leadership conversations and engagements. USB-ED’s Conversations for Women in Leadership will offer a select group of women the opportunity to engage in important leadership conversations, while building a strong community and network.
